When using the Manage Webpages section, you will notice that on the Edit Standard Pages section that all the pages are now separated into their respective types of pages such as Standard, Email Newsletter, Orders & Checkout, Customers & Affiliates. If you edit the list of Extra Pages, you will notice that the Webpages are now sorted in ALPHABETICAL order for easier navigating through to find the page you wish to edit, view or change the navigation.

Send Friend a Link facility

You can now enable a link in the Navigation by turning it on in Edit Page Layout Navigation area you want it to be on. This will allow visitors to be able to Click on the Navigation Link and be able to enter their details and up to 5 of their friends' email addresses and then click on Send and it will send the emails for them. Please note that it would be a violation of standard privacy policies for you to store or record these details or add them to any list and so this page is provided for visitors use only to promote your website.

Turn off the Request More Information button and Return to Category button on Product Details page

Turn off the Button on the Product details page which allows users to enquire about this product. Also turn off the button which will allow people to return to the Category of the Product. These two buttons can be disabled for pages that you may not want to have any links going anywhere else in the Shopping Category and/or do not/ cannot answer requests for more information.

Total CV Amount is displayed on the Invoice for all Affiliate Orders

Shared Folders Enabled on Mail Enable WebMail facility

Your Mail Server WebMail facility is now able to have folders shared amongst Email Accounts of the same Domain name. This means you can add a New Folder called Shared Documents and then set this Folder to be shared one, some or all Email Accounts for the Domain. This is great for teams of people to be able to use the same most updated document/s amongst the members. Simply log into Mail Enable, Click on Manage Folders, name the Folder and once added then click on the Options tab in the bottom left corner. You will then see a list of Folders on the left side and one of them is called Shares, click on this and then click New Share. Choose the Folder and enter the other details for the Share and then click on Grant Access. Now the Email Account/s you have shared with, when they log in, can click on the link below Manage Folders called Shares and then Connect to the Share you created. Try it out if you have several people using email accounts and need to share documents.

You can  now choose any extra webpage and edit the WebPage name from /page/1/default.asp to /page/keywords-explaining-page.asp. This allows you to make your website even more search engine friendly for higher rankings.

Track Views of any Email Newsletter you send
NEW! -
After sending an Email Newsletter, you can now track all the viewing activity for each subscriber. You can view exactly which subscriber/customer who has opened their Email Newsletter and who has not. Since some email clients (Windows Mail and Outlook 2007) block images that are used to know when the recipient has viewed the email, this may not be 100% accurate. Using a Header Image on your Email Newsletter should help people click to view images on your email since it will not look correct to them until they do allow emails. This is live and functional on any Email Newsletters sent after May 5th. Any newsletters that were sent since before this date will not show any viewing statistics.

Manage Bounced Emails of any Email Newsletter you send

After sending an Email Newsletter, you can now have any bounced emails set to not be sent to your Inbox, and instead will be listed in the system and you can set the number of bounces and email addresses will be automatically unsubscribed. By default, your bounced emails will still come through to your Inbox and no unsubscription will occur. You must change the settings for this to become active and work automatically.

Allow your Customers to search by Price Range

A drop down box can be enabled to appear on every page that will make it easy for you to allow Customers to search by  price range. This must first be enabled in the Product Settings. You can also adjust the Price Ranges on the Drop Down list by using the Product Settings page as well.

Activate and Track Registration of Software

You can now use the Serial Codes area to provide a function that will track and manage Serial Codes and their activation. You can allow the website to only allow a Serial Code to be used a specific number of times o as to stop the Software being installed on several computers. You will need to have your Software adjusted to suit the parameters required to do this. If you require any information on this then please see the Activation Instrcutions.

Shoppers can now specify a Delivery Address at the Checkout other than their Billing Address

This works well with Products such as Software that require a serial number to be given to the purchaser once they have paid. You can now import directly from an Excel document the Serial Numbers / Usernames and they will automatically appear on the Download Email so that the Purchaser may use the Serial/Username along with the Download link in the email.

If you are selling Products that have no freight attached in your Entire Price LIst, then you can now set a Freight Setting to always set the freight to $0. As a result of this, people can go directly to your Checkout Page instead of going to the Shopping Cart page to calculate freight by them entering a Post Code and Country. So this now eliminates quite a few clicks for a Visitor shopping. Find the link at the top of each Edit Product Details Page. See the Freight Settings page to set the Freight to $0 and then proceed to a product, copy the link and apply it to some text or an image as a link and when the visitor uses it, they will go straight to the Checkout. If you need any help setting this up beyond these instructions, please add a Support Ticket.

Add Domain Aliases or Additional Domain Names that point to your Main Website.

You can have an unlimited amount of Domain Names that point to your Main Website. What this means is you can have additional Domain Names pointing to your Website other than your Main Domain. For example your Main Website might be domainname.com, but you have also registered domainname.com.au and would like to have people go to the same website when they type the .com.au. This allows you to register all the Domain names you want and then point them to the 1 website. Previously you had to request us to do this for you. Now you can do this anytime you need to. Simply type in the Domain Name and click on Add Domain Alias, it is that simple!

Add and Manage FTP Accounts that point to your Main Website's Asset Folder.

You can now Add a FTP Account or use an existing FTP Account to upload files directly into your Website's Asset folder that is where all your Images and other Documents, Videos etc that you have uploaded into your Website. This is for propel who need to upload large amounts of Files into the Website's Assets. You can use a FTP Client to manage the FTP Account. The new Webmail Interface is now in Web 2.0 format allowing you to do things like drag n drop into folders on the website page itself. You can also easily Synchronise Outlook contents directly into your Webmail. This facility is on the Edit Product Details page and is as simple as ticking a box to enable, click browse to find a file and then specify download days. As soon as the person has made the full payment on the Invoice, whether by PayPal, Eway, E-Processor or by you entering it on the Make Invoice Payment page, will trigger an Email to be sent to the Customer with the Link for them to Download the file and how many days they have to download the file.
